  They may have good windows, but they are HORRIBLE with communication and customer service. It took months to get them to help fix a loan that they entered wrong (which, to their credit, they finally took care of when the loan company contacted them; as they wouldn't listen to me when I told them of the problem). Then when I went to pay the loan, it wasn't there, and they won't respond to my phone or email messages (over the last few months) requesting information to pay this off. I've wasted more than enough time with this company to have earned the $2K I owe!!!
